Glitter Grapes

Ingredients
- 1 pound seedless grapes (pulled from stems and rinsed)
- 1 3-oz Sugar Free gelatin (flavor of choice)
- Water
Directions
| Step 1 | |
| Spread the gelatin mix on a plate, about 1/4 at a time. | |
| Step 2 | |
| Rinse the grapes under water, and place a handful on the plate. | |
| Step 3 | |
| Shake the plate gently to roll the grapes in the gelatin, coating the grapes. | |
| Step 4 | |
| Place coated grapes into a bowl. | |
| Step 5 | |
| Repeat with the remaining ingredients until all of the grapes are covered. | |
| Step 6 | |
| Place the bowl and let set in the refrigerator for about 1 hour, until gelatin is set. | |

| These are better the colder they are. | |

Ingredients
- 1 can, drained Chickpeas
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp baking soda
- 1 Tbsp+1 tsp Vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup Nut butter (Any type of a nut butter can be used. Peanut butter can give a peanut butter cookie taste.)
- 1/3 cup Chocolate chips
- Tbsp as neededmilk
Optional
- 2 Tbsp oats

| Combine all ingredients, except the chocolate chips, in a food processor and blend until very smooth. | |

| Stir in chocolate chips. Serve with any side. (I enjoy apple slices or graham crackers.) | |
