Fruit pizza

Ingredients

  • 1 box Brownie mix
  • as called for on brownie mixoil
  • as called for on brownie mixeggs
  • 1 package cream cheese, softened
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups Strawberries, sliced

Note

Strawberries can be substituted for your favorite berry or you may add additional berries to create the perfect pie!

Directions

Step 1
Heat oven to 350 degrees (or 325 for dark or nonstick pan). Grease bottom only of 12-inch pizza pan with cooking spray or shortening.
Step 2
In large bowl, stir brownie mix, butter and eggs until well blended. Spread in pan.
Step 3
Bake 18 to 20 minutes or until toothpick inserted 2 inches from side of pan comes out clean or almost clean. Cool completely, about 1 hour.
Step 4
In small bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar and vanilla with electric mixer on medium speed until smooth. Spread mixture evenly over brownie base. Arrange berries over cream cheese mixture. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Cut into wedges.

Taco dip

Ingredients

  • 1 can Refried beans
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 1/2 cup Salsa (Mild or spicy, depending on your taste!)
  • 3/4 cup Guacamole (Mild or spicy, depending on your taste!)
  • 1/2 cup Sour cream
  • 1/2 cup Cheddar cheese, shredded

Note

Quantities of salsa, guacamole, sour cream and cheese can be changed to liking.

Directions

Step 1
In bowl, thoroughly mix taco seasoning into beans.
Step 2
In pie pan, spread beans evenly onto bottom of pan.
Step 3
Evenly spread salsa, guacamole, and sour cream over beans in layers. Sprinkle cheese over top. Serve with tortilla chips.

Cookie dough dip

Ingredients

  • 1 can, drained Chickpeas
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • 1/8 tsp baking soda
  • 1 Tbsp+1 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup Nut butter (Any type of a nut butter can be used. Peanut butter can give a peanut butter cookie taste.)
  • 1/3 cup Chocolate chips
  • Tbsp as neededmilk

Optional

  • 2 Tbsp oats

Directions

Step 1
Combine all ingredients, except the chocolate chips, in a food processor and blend until very smooth.
Step 2
Stir in chocolate chips. Serve with any side. (I enjoy apple slices or graham crackers.)
